Product Installation
1.Pre-Installation Preparation
Before beginning installation, carefully check the site and surrounding environment according to the site plan and product installation instructions to ensure that the installation site meets the equipment installation requirements.
- Count the quantity of goods according to the delivery list and inspect the packaging for integrity.
- Prepare the relevant installation tools, protective equipment, etc. as required by these instructions (see Table 1).
- Prepare the relevant construction materials and other necessary conditions as required by these instructions.
- When unpacking, ensure that all parts are labeled and do not mix.
- When unpacking mixed accessories, such as screws, ensure that the packaging markings are not damaged.
2.Site and Environmental Requirements
The equipment installation site must meet the minimum equipment clearance requirements (within the safety margin outlined in the specific product foundation diagram). No other equipment protruding from the ground protective layer or other safety hazards should be present within the operating area.
- The horizontal distance between the slide and overhead high- and low-voltage power lines should be no less than 8 meters.
- The horizontal distance between the slide and the edge of underground sewer pipes and underground power lines should be no less than 2 meters.
- Where the slide is used at night, the illumination within 2 meters of the slide edge should be no less than 15 lux.
- Slides should be kept away from flammable, explosive, toxic, or hazardous materials. Site construction must comply with relevant national regulations.
3.Foundation and Construction Requirements
Construct foundations according to the product foundation drawing.
- Set up construction isolation facilities before foundation construction.
- Compact the ground around the foundation, and the soil quality must meet the standard requirements for solid soil.
- Construction of the foundation must comply with relevant specifications and use no less than C20 concrete with an early strength agent.
- All cement foundation pits should not have a structure with a larger top and a smaller bottom.
- After pouring, allow the concrete to fully set before use. Generally, this requires 7 days at temperatures above 15°C and 10 days at temperatures between 0°C and 15°C.
- The foundation level must be 2/1000.
4.Equipment Installation and Inspection and Acceptance
The installation of the equipment and its components must comply with the corresponding component installation drawings and relevant standards.
- Measure and position the main components (columns, platforms, etc.) according to the "Product Foundation Drawing";
- *Excavate the foundation pit according to the "Product Foundation Drawing";
- *Pour the foundation cushion and maintain it as required;
- Install, inspect, and align the center platform and columns (see the component installation drawings for specific installation instructions for each component);
- Install other platforms and columns (install progressively from the center to the edges);
- Install the connecting components between the two platforms and connect them to the platforms;
- Inspect and align other platforms and columns. Install the following components in order: Stairs → Ladders → Handrails → Ladders → Pile-type Slides → Baffles → Roofs → Others → Slides.
- Calibrate and test all product components, including platform columns.
- *Secure all foundation bolts or pour foundation.
- *Foundation maintenance.
- Construction of site buffers (if required).
- Final testing and inspection.
- Remove construction barriers and commission.
Note: " * " applies only to direct buried column installation.
